➡️ I do not hold horses/ponies/donkeys without a deposit. No exceptions. *** If you inquire about a horse on a Monday but can’t make it until a Friday to see it, that animal may sell in the meantime.*** Too many no shows have ruined this. Sorry! 

👉 Please make sure you fill in our buyers contract immediately as you receive it so as to help us proceed with the vet and also to proceed with the change of ownership documents. Should in case you where coming to pick a donkey you would still be required to fill in that contract and leave the place of donkeys name empty and will be filled in when you are at the farm

💲 40% deposit will hold until pickup or weaning. Deposits are refundable, if you changed your mind on getting a donkey from us or if you visit our farm and didn’t like our donkeys

It’s refundable too with the case of us delivering the donkey to you and you dont like it our delivery service will come pick our donkey up within 3 days of complain.

This deposit is made for the transfer of ownership document and also to get the donkey vet checked for the last time before pickup or delivery day. 

And should in case you are coming to decide on which donkey to take you are also required to make this deposit before coming to choose your donkey so as to save time i cant tell you countless number of times a family came and caused confusion at the farm

🛻 if you chosed pickup Please make sure you have access to proper transportation BEFORE buying a donkey/horse.if you show up with an unsafe trailer, with holes in the floor, I’m going to tell you to turn right back around 

But we also offer delivery services. We have a reliable and trustworthy delivery service that you wouldn’t have to worry about that

⏰ If the horse/donkey you purchased is not picked up by our agreed upon pickup date (MAX of one week after purchase on ready to go animals unless agreed otherwise), I will be charging the following DAILY charges:

$15 a day per donkey/miniature horse

$25 per day per horse/pony

If fees/balance due isn’t paid for before or at pickup, your animal will be reposted for sale & you will loose your deposit. 

📄 All horses/donkeys sold will have a buyers contract. 

🍼 If an animal has been exposed to a stud, I will mark that in the ad. I CAN NOT guarantee said animal will be bred or not. We no longer do ultrasounds or blood tests on donkeys due to so many false positives and negatives. If you buy an exposed animal and it doesn’t turn out to be bred, I will gladly offer a free breeding back. 

❗️Please PLEASE Know the risks of traveling with stressed animals, know the risks of what you can safely keep with donkeys, and know that animals can/will act completely different in a new environment for a few days. Please dont call me the next day wanting to bring your new donkey back because it attacked your goats, or because once you’ve shipped your new addition home you notice it has a snotty nose, and now want to ship it back... (yes, both of these examples have happened...🙄)

✉️ If you are traveling out of state, you may need a current coggins. Please get with me in advance of pick up to finalize this, as it can sometimes take 3+ weeks to get in with my vet. 

💸 We accept cash, Venmo, PayPal (Friends & Family only, so I am not stuck with fees), Zelle, or Facebook Pay as a form of payment. I do not take checks, sorry! Horse/donkey must be paid in full before pick up. 

🐎 We occasionally offer broke miniature horses & ponies! If you are looking for something specific, PM me! We don’t always advertise what we have in training!
